Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy

Shipping

Each item is carefully made by us. The turnaround and shipping times can vary with each product. This helps us ensure items which require extra attention meet our high expectations before we mail them to you.

Items which are blanks, or cutouts, generally ship within two business days. Unfinished, DIY projects ship within three business days.

Items which are finished, stained/painted/assmebled, ship within seven business days. This time is dependent on the product as we ensure all pieces are fully cured before packing to send to you.

Custom items may take up to two weeks. The expected turnaround time will be disclosed upon agreement of custom order.

While shipping times vary and are dependent on carrier, we always look for delivery estimates within five days of drop off. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once the item has shipped so you are aware of when you’re item will arrive.

While we strive to get all orders to you as quickly as possible, there may be times where circumstances prevent us from getting it delivered within the above timeframes. We will correspond with you if this is the case. Once an item has been dropped off to be mailed, the time of delivery is out of our control. However, we will assist should there be any issues by contacting the carrier to inquire on location of your package.

Refunds and Returns

Beal Creations fully believes in the quality of our homemade products. If you receive your item and it is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can rectify the issue.

We are unable to provide a refund on custom orders. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Please ensure your custom orders are entered exactly as you want it to appear in the final product.

-Information about colors and fonts-
Fonts – Please know that every font has characteristics that are different and some letters may not turn out the same way as you expected. Please be sure to check the font on Microsoft word if you think there will be complications. It is not an error and we will not replace an item because of font characteristics.

Colors – Colors may be different on the final product than they appear on your computer screen. We tried to correctly portray the color as much as possible. Wood is a natural material that varies in color, grain pattern and over-all appearance and texture. There are color and pattern variations in all wood. Please expect there to be some variation compared to what you see on the screen.

Proofs – Proofs will be sent by request only. If you receive your order and are unhappy with a font or layout and you did not request a proof, we will not replace your order.

Issuing Credits

If you are approved to return an item, we will inspect it upon receipt for credit approval. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; typical timeframe is 3-5 business days. If after five business days from receiving the final credit approval email from us you still do not see your credit, please contact your bank. There may be a delay in processing time affecting your credit. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@bealcreations.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@bealcreations.com
