This Butterfly Shelf is a great DIY activity to add some character to any room. With only three pieces, it is easy to paint the colors you choose to match your existing decor. Or let us paint the shelf for you by choosing one of the color options available. Excellent for kids’ rooms, bathrooms, or anywhere you want to display your love of butterflies.
Shelf is made from 1/4″ Baltic Birch wood and made of two layers, for a total thickness of 1/2″. Butterfly measures approximately 13″ wide and 12″ tall, shelf measures approximately 8″ wide and 4″ deep.
Easy to paint and assemble: Paint the solid back layer one color, the patterned top layer a second color, and the shelf the same color as your top layer. Then, simply place the top layer on the bottom, put some glue on the tabs of the shelf, and push the tabs through the slots of the layers. Do not hang until the glue has dried completely.
**DIY set will be unfinished, unpainted, unassembled; allowing you to create your own unique piece of art. Paint and glue not included. This is intended for adults to paint/assemble. Adult supervision is required if not being completed by an adult.**
Please hang at your own discretion. We personally use 3M strips to hang in our home.
