More than 6.5 millions Americans aged 65 and older are living with Alzheimer’s. 1 in 3 seniors die with Alzheimer’s or another dementia. My grandma was one of those statistics, and so each year my family participates in our local Walk to End Alzheimer’s. We raise money to find a cure so my daughter does not have to know how it feels when her grandmother, or mom, does not recognize her one day. We raise money to help support amazing programs the Alzheimer’s Association funds for those living with Alzheimer’s as well as their loved ones.
Half of all sales from our “We Remember Their Love” signs and magnets will be donated to our Walk Team. (Find our Alzheimer’s Awarenss Keychain Wristlet here, which we will also donate half of all sales.)
Both items are made with 1/8″ acrylic, backed by 1/4″ Baltic Birch wood, and framed with a Dark Walnut stained 1/4″ Baltic Birch wood.
The sign measures approximately 7.5″ x 6″. The magnet measures approximately 3″ x 2.25″ and has a round magnet attached to the backside.
Due to nature of the wood, the color and grain pattern will vary adding a unique look to each piece. Colors may come across slightly different on individual monitors.
