Description
This is a non-refundable fee to process any handwriting, designs, logos, or other custom work requesting to be added to a product. This fee covers the time it takes to process your design in our software so we are able to add it to the product you purchase.
By processing this order you agree to the terms and this non-refundable fee. Please send your design to cs@bealcreations.com once you submit your payment. We will contact you at the email you use to submit design to verify receipt and ask any additional questions. Please respond within 24 hours of any emails; we are eager to make your one-of-a-kind piece and get it in your hands.
Should you choose to not purchase the product after the design has been processed, you will not be refunded this processing fee as we have already spent the time processing the design.
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless there is an error on our part. We strive to ensure your custom orders are perfect and will communicate with you during the process to ensure complete satisfaction. We take pride in our work and hope you love your item as much as we love making it.
